RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges unless merchandise arrives damaged and cannot be replaced. 

We are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen packages that USPS has successfully delivered. Please make sure your order is being delivered to a safe and secure area. 

Please carefully review your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

TERMS AND POLICIES

If in the off chance the post office has lost and/or misplaced your package please contact us immediately.   

We will start an investigation into the matter which can take up to 8 business days to resolve.

If it is deemed that your package was in fact lost and/or misplaced we will refund you in full for your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable regardless of the outcome. Refunds can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to show up on your bank statement. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of receiving a refund confirmation email please contact your bank.
